Carter's Birthday Celebration!

For Carter's birthday, we went down to Provo to spend the day with his family. The day was spent visiting, shooting, having a nice dinner in Springville, UT and then going back and enjoying a Lemon Meringue Pie made by my Mother-In-Law.

Max had to spend most of the time in the car. It was FREEZING!

Delicious Lemon Meringue Pie we were able to enjoy after dinner!
Because the Lemon Meringue Pie would be destroyed with candles, we made Carter hold a handful of lit candles instead. It was fine until the wax started melting LOL!

New Beginnings

I'm now to a point in my life that I'm more happy than I have been in quite some time. With that it seems that I've naturally taken more of an interest in organizing other parts of my life. It's such an amazing feeling to have a completely clean and organized home and life!

I couldn't agree with that quote more. With all the life stresses that are out there, it's nice to know that I have a home that I am proud to come home to and call my "safe haven".
